  • Forty years of post-doctoral experience in the analysis of system operations, measurement of human performance, development and validation of personnel tests, design of human-machine systems, and development of training programs and performance aids; author of 120 publications based on this work.
  • Principal investigator of projects for more than 40 agencies, companies, and institutions.
  • Developed and conducted training courses in the United States, Canada, Singapore, Sweden, United Kingdom, and Venezuela.
