Mr. Ridgeway has been conducting courses in intelligence analysis for Anacapa since 1977 throughout the United States and all over the world, for example in Australia, Barbados, Bulgaria, China, Dubai, England, Jamaica, Macedonia, Puerto Rico, Singapore, and Trinidad and Tobago.
He has also held key investigation and intelligence positions in the New Jersey State Police and in the New York Organized Crime Task Force. He has developed and conducted special courses for law enforcement agencies at the national and state levels, including the Office of the Inspector General, Department of Labor, and the Department of Justice.
He is a past president of the International Association of Law Enforcement Intelligence Analysts (IALEIA), and past chancellor of the Society of Certified Criminal Analysts (SCCA).
He holds an MS degree from Iona College in Criminal Justice.
